fomu-flash: fix pinspec to match hacker version silk
The silkscreen on the hacker version uses "S" for chip select and "C" for clock. Have the help screen and "-g" parameter use this convention for arguments. This fixes Github issue #2. Signed-off-by: Sean Cross <sean@xobs.io>
